Aviation Field Trips

Throughout its history, GKWFA has taken nearly two dozen aviation career field trips to local airports.  From the LAX Ace Academy, where students explored careers in aviation management, the Coast Guard, and airline culinary servcies, to the Young Eagles events, where young adults experience the joy of piloting an aircraft, GKWFA seeks to bridge the gap between the "real world" and the education world by offering engaging field trips and meaningful community partnerships.
